The house was cooling poorly , but the technician identified the Service Valve Cap was faulty. He replaced the cap, but as a result needed to completely fill the system with freon - apparently it was empty, for only $475.0! He also made a point to clean the outside coils with the garden hose which he didnt charge me for. I was very grateful for his attention to detail👍.
