Chris Ansbaugh did our inspection and was excellent patient, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable. He didn’t rush a single area. The home was a 1961 build with the kind of quirks you’d expect from an older property, and Chris took the time to walk us through everything: the structural items, the electrical, plumbing, AC, attic, even the backyard shed. Nothing was glossed over. Richard followed up afterward with a warm, personal note, which felt like a really nice touch that you don’t often get from larger companies.
What really set them apart was the report itself. Every deficiency was numbered, photographed, and tied to a clear cost estimate, which made it incredibly easy to prioritize repairs and get follow-up quotes from contractors. They also coordinated seamlessly with their roof inspector (CTC Roofing) and the termite inspection company, so we got a complete picture in one tidy package instead of having to chase down separate vendors.

We've been taking our daughter to this horseback riding stables since she was 5 and it's always a blast. The staff is super friendly and makes us feel right at home. They let us brush and feed the horses, which is cool and teaches our daughter how to be responsible. The people there really know their stuff and help us become better riders. Overall, we love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun riding horses.

I have been apart of the LK family for the last year and a half. To say that I’ve learned more about horses from care, to vetting, to the right supplements and feed is an understatement. The attention to detail and round the clock care of the horses is one that a boarder will never have to worry. All horses in Lori’s barn look fantastic and are so well cared for it’s something you don’t see in south Florida. Your horse will never not have fresh water and there is round the clock hay.In terms of lessons, I thought I knew how to ride when I came to Lori since I have been riding starting at 6 years old. I was in for a reality check, but also able to be such a better rider in terms of my equitation and learning new things every lesson I had. Lori changed my riding for the better and I will always be proud to say that I became the rider I am today because of her.
Joe and his team are very professional, efficient, and courteous. This was our first time using a tree cutting service. We needed to trim back the limbs of a large oak tree hanging over our powerlines from our neighbor's yard and they did an awesome job making sure to not damage anything in our yard or next door. They also kept an open ear to suggestions we had with regard to addressing additional concerns, after the agreed upon work was completed. I highly recommend this company!

Mr Buzella and his son do top notch work. I've hired these guys for a couple clean ups where shrubs and unwanted growth were removed. The team at A Perfect Edge always does such a great job. They show up when they say they will and the yard always looks amazing after. They’ve helped us with tree trimming, landscaping, and pressure cleaning, and everything comes out super clean and professional. It’s hard to find people you can really count on, but they’ve been consistent every time. Definitely recommend if you need reliable lawn or tree work in the area.

We hired Pan American Landscaping to take over our lawn maintenance as our former company just seem to lack the energy or perhaps the desire to put forth the effort to do a good job. From day one PanAm did a fabulous job. Their service is fantastic, we are very happy with them. So when it came time to rejuvenate our back yard we hired them to do that job as well. They leveled the yard, removed roots from a neighbor's tree threatening the pool, created small step at the lake's edge exactly as we described and re-sodded the grass behind it. I highly recommend Pan American Landscaping, you won't be disappointed!

What really stood out was his skill—he was able to navigate the bobcat between houses with only inches to spare, all without causing any damage to my property or my neighbor’s. That level of precision and care is hard to find.
Luis also took the time to share helpful knowledge on how to properly care for and maintain the health of the Sylvester palms, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, the pricing and labor were very reasonable, and the cleanup afterward was excellent.
