“I honesty never take time to post reviews, but this gym does not deserve the negative stars it has. I've been a member since January and have always had great experiences. The place is always clean and spotless, ac always kicking and the staff has showed me how to turn on the music for when I go in at 3 am. I enjoy the fact that its 24 hour, enjoy the wide variety of workouts available. (Boxing equipment, strength training equipment, multiple free weight racks.) And have found the staff friendly in the few interactions I've had. Although small, This place is a gem and deserves the good review.“

“I’ve been working with Sean at Ascend for almost a year now! My focus has been and continues to be strength training (started with 0 experience). I can’t recommend Sean enough! He has shown great patience in teaching me the fundamentals over the months and has kept me steadily challenged as my skills and strength have grown. I feel so much better and stronger than this time last year! My energy levels are up and I can give my kids shoulder rides now and carry them around all day without pain/significant fatigue! I’ve also lost some weight to boot (though that has been more due to some adjustments to my nutrition I’ve been doing). If you can afford a personal trainer definitely give Ascend a shot! Having someone hold me accountable week after week and coming up with the workouts for me has made it so easy to stay consistent!“

I started training with Jon at MB 4 fitness. His strength training program has kept me out of the orthopedic and physical therapy. He listens and adjusts my workout based on current need.“

He spent time trying to understand his goals and what my son wanted to accomplish through training and then customized his training sessions so that the goals were accomplished. “I just got the ok postpartum to workout. I haven’t done CrossFit since the pandemic. I had such a good bond with everyone at the gym I went to that I didn’t even want to go somewhere new and almost just got a cheap gym membership. Im so happy I decided to give this gym a try. I couldn’t hardly walk for 3 days, but it felt good to feel the burn again. I can’t wait to watch my body change and gain back the muscle I’ve lost over the past few years of bad eating and pregnancy.“

“I enjoy the training and nutritional plan D1 set for me. The classes are challenging but rewarding. The Coaches are encouraging and are helpful in modifying exercises to fit your level, the owner gives tips and suggestions about movements to help you while he's also training.“

“I enjoy how neat and tidy the gym happens to be. The setup is perfect in all aspects. It’s not like a maze where you have to think hard to find it. The bathrooms are beautiful! The space overall is great.“
