I hate gyms that have all the frills and gimmicks. that stupid auction off a car trash is just that a bunch of trash. They always fix whatever needs fixing, some things do break because some people just use the equipment wrong. Give me LA Fitness any day. The guy they have fixing the equipment does his job and does it right Great job on his part.”

“Overall its a good and spacious gym. It needs a remodel though. Only one bottle filling station (and it's always warm water) despite the presence of other water fountains is inexcusable in 2026. Also, very often they are out of wipes to clean your station so you have to trek across the gym to find one. Staff are always friendly and it's usually always quite clean.”

“I've had the opportunity to check out the Winter springs planet fitness while our Lake Mary gym is being renovated. I stopped by on a Saturday late afternoon expecting it to be very busy which it was not. That's great for me because I had free reign to use any machine of my choosing. This scenario is the complete opposite to the Sanford location I've been visiting recently. It's always tough getting used to a different equipment layout between stores; however, this one has almost the same setup as the Sanford store, just slightly different, and a little bit smaller overall. They have at least two of almost every machine except for a few unique ones for obliques, lower back, and legs. This gym also has a monkey bar rack which is cool. Pretty much all the machines are an excellent condition except for the pads on the sliding crunch machines and oblique machine, other than that, everything look like it was well kept. The bathrooms and locker room were very clean and the lockers look high-end. This gym also has the modernized all-in-one sanitation stations throughout, which I prefer over the spray bottle over the edge of the trash can like it has been at Lake Mary for years (hope that comes with the remodel). Staff were very friendly and were noticeably active in maintaining the cleanliness of the gym and restrooms, Good job! All-in-all, if you're just looking for a place to get your workout in, in a nice environment, without any hassle, I recommend checking them out.”

“Recently added an undercut to my hairstyle and decided to go to a barber for the maintenance instead of my usual stylist. (She’s great! Just wanted to try something different!) I randomly found Vicki via a Google search when looking for a female owned shop. Vicki was quick and kind to reply to my text as I had no idea what type of appt to book. She did a great job taking care of my little undercut. Her studio space is cute and clean. Highly recommend!”
“The Training Spot is filled with unbelievable energy. Everyone is so welcoming and the coaches help you grow substantially. I’ve never met a group of trainers who’s main focus is to help others. Each trainer as a different coaching style so you’ll never be bored or unchallenged!The training spot is a great place to get connected with people in the community, learn more about your strengths and weaknesses, and overall just have fun! I’m a firm believer in “don’t fix what ain’t broken” and all I can say is, there’s no reason to ever leave the training spot, I’ve found my gym family♥️”

“This is the perfect gym for me, comfortable and fun! Everyone in there works out with a trainer, so there's no waiting in lines, or creepers lingering... lol. Mitch, my trainer, has been a crucial part of my injury recovery and athletic conditioning. He's a personal trainer, but used to be a PT so knows everything about what's best for my knee, or whatever else I'm dealing with that day. He meets me where I am everyday and adjusts my workouts accordingly, so I can still go workout even if I'm not feeling it. He always fits me in, even when my schedule changes, or I have my kids, or whatever. He is very accommodating. I've been going there for over 15 years and am in the best shape of my life. Highly recommended!”

“Cleanliness is still questionable. Newer front desk folks are buried in their phones and don't pay attention to who is coming or going. Don't even walk around the place without head in the phone. *** Overall not a bad place. Front desk folks are friendly . The only annoying part is all the kids that sit on machines to play on their phones or record themselves. But thats at most gyms.<br>Lately the cleanliness has gone downhill. Floors are dirty, equipment has trash from day before, weights are scattered throughout the place.”
