Kristen is amazing!!! I have been going to Exercise Studio in Lake Mary for seven months and it's definitely one of the best decisions ever! Kristen is helping me to get stronger and I'm so grateful for her. Thank you for all you do to inspire people to focus on our health and wellness.
Wonderful staff and made you feel welcome. I personally enjoyed the professionalism and personal treatment, very positive with everyone who's there to get progress with their own personal goals.
I like that the studio is appointment-only and I don’t feel like I’m going to injure myself. The duration of the sessions are convenient for my work schedule. Additionally, my trainer, Edwin is awesome and I really enjoy my sessions with him.
