The facility recently underwent a complete overhaul, with new equipment, flooring, and murals. The trainers, like Daniele, are knowledgeable and help members make noticeable progress. Customers appreciate the great new renovations, upgraded equipment, and friendly atmosphere, which create a clean and organized environment. The gym is well-maintained, with machines in good shape and staff consistently cleaning and tidying up. Although some find the heat a bit uncomfortable due to lack of fans and the air conditioning feeling like it’s off, overall, the atmosphere remains positive and inviting. Visitors often mention the helpful staff, including Will, who is friendly, clear about membership options, and ensures members feel comfortable and informed. This location continues to be a place worth visiting daily for fitness and community.
This L.A. Fitness facility has exactly what you need to accomplish your fitness goals, mainly because of Jacob, who will get you motivated upon reception and will accommodate any of your gym needs or questions that you may have. Jacob is funny and engaging. His customer service readiness skills are unmatched. He makes you feel invited. 10/10
Great LA Fitness location. The gym is clean, well organized, and the equipment is in good condition. My only suggestion would be to add more sanitation stations and disinfectant wipes throughout the gym. It would make it much more convenient for members to clean equipment before and after using it. Overall, it’s a great place to work out.
Wanted to try this out for the Pilates unlimited monthly. Really enjoyed the classes. Really like the entire Gym in Altamonte- especially the tour from Mike. He was excellent; made sure I got a trial pass and worked everything out for trying the location several days and answering all of my questions -he has been super helpful. Even though there’s an LA fitness closer, I prefer this one for that kind of customer service and Pilates machines!
