I don't write reviews very often, but when you encounter an entire staff of dedicated, skilled, and genuinely caring professionals—from the front desk to their amazing massage therapists—you have to sing their praises.

I walked through their doors feeling defeated, in tremendous pain, slightly hunched over, and dealing with legs that would go numb multiple times a day. Today, I'm standing taller, walking straighter, and watching my symptoms decrease more and more with each passing week.

Be prepared to experience a completely different type of massage than your typical Swedish or deep tissue. It’s kind of hard to explain her work, but it’s not your traditional type of massage. It’s more like a form of body work where she uses several different techniques to get your muscles to relax without grinding into the actual muscles. Feels like she actually works the areas or tissue surrounding the muscles to get them to relax, and really knows what she’s doing.

I was so impressed when she detected an old injury that I’d sustained without my sharing this information. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this before in all my decades of receiving massages (I’ll be 50 this year). Such a mystical experience.

I was actually skeptical after leaving my 1st session, but I ended up feeling better and my shoulder pain was greatly diminished. By the next day I had no pain, and was cooking and cleaning and felt better than I had in weeks. I’ve been back for a 2nd session and can tell you that she really takes her time to understand what’s going on with your body. Wanda is great and I highly recommend her.“
