Darrell and Gen are THE BEST!!! The desk staff is always so welcoming and kind, even when they are super busy. I'm so sad I had to cancel my membership due to relocation. I've seen people on here that have complained about their cancellation policy. I followed the instructions given to me by their manager and had no trouble at all. Not sure why people feel so entitled and that rules don't apply to them. I highly recommend this Hand and Stone and will miss my monthly visits.
Have always had a great experience. The front desk is so helpful. Cannot say enough about Sharon's facials. She has excellent professional advice on skin care and the facials are simply wonderful. My skin looks and feels so much better.
Go see Ashleigh for a facial! My skin is in much better condition after just a few visits with her. The office is very professional. I also got massages there and was always very happy with the experience.
