Slammed my thumb in a door. Walked into Avecina and Debbie helped me fill out my checkin forms. She was super nice. Then Diane took me back and took my vitals and details. Next was Emily who was careful with my fear of more pain. She was very delicate with my injury and my anxiety and didn’t try to over treat. The experience throughout my visit was exceptional. Very kind, professional and caring.
I had a wonderful experience at Avecina! From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They genuinely listened to my concerns and showed compassion and empathy for what I was going through. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and they made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. It’s reassuring to know there are healthcare professionals who truly care about their patients. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience!
Daisy at the front desk was especially helpful. She assisted us with our check-in and patiently answered our questions. The Medical Assistant (Melinda) and Nurse Practitioner ( Nilda) were very pleasant and professional!
