Her office is operating room sterile clean and she knew exactly what I wanted. Like I was born with eyeliner look. Loved it so much by third session I was requesting rockstar dark! “Phuong Spa is a wonderful place to pamper yourself. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautifully appointed. The spa services are luxurious and the facial was awesome. Phuong also did my eye brows and i have to say she is a true artist. She spend a lot of time fixing eyebrows that were done incorrectly by someone else and now my eyebrows are beautiful in colour and shape. Thank you Phuong!“
