I have been a client at New Star Nail for 7 years and have never received anything but excellent service. Let me tell you about Alicia Hunts review tonight, 4.21.23 because I was there. She came in around 5:00pm and asked if she could get a pedicure, she was told by the owner they could fit her in at 6:00 which she agreed too. She came back at 6:00 and was promptly seated for her pedicure, she was on her phone talking the entire time (so rude). I was so pleased to know that they could offer me 50% off of my nails because of my disability. i only have one hand meaning half the price, time, work, and supplies and they were happy to give me half off!

Very very happy with my hot stone pedi and gel mani.. usual place was booked and slid in here. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Much smaller than most salons but actually preferred that. Will be back!
