We don't leave reviews very often but our experience warranted one. We live out of state building a second home with Mastercraft. I flew in and had one day to choose all the options for our home. I knew what I wanted but Lisa Orgunov was there ready to help move the process along when I got stuck. She stayed on top of all my changes, which were many, and even spent extra time researching options to gather info and pricing for me. Lisa called to make sure I understood everything, answering all my questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. We used Florida Home Store for the design aspects of our new construction home. Lisa, our Home Design Specialist, was extremely helpful throughout the process. She was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable during our initial meeting where we went through each part of the home to pick out each and every aspect of design (a long process!). After the initial meeting Lisa was even more helpful as we had tons of follow up questions, edits to the pricing sheets, and many changes along the way. She answered all of questions/edits timely and descriptively. We are very much looking forward to seeing all of this hard work come to life as the construction goes underway.

We worked with Laura Hanna to do the interior design for our new home construction project. Laura was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. With her help we were able to come up with a design that is beautifully upscale and that also has a timeless quality that I know we will enjoy for years to come.
