“Quality Flooring did an outstanding job. I interviewed five flooring contractors. John was only one of two that followed up. The pricing was a very competitive. The crew took only two days to finish this job. One day of demo of the existing tile. One day to install the new flooring. It is a construction job and demoing tile is very dusty. They did an excellent job at dust mitigation. There was still a lot of cleaning to do, but I was very happy at how they tried to keep it down. There were four transitions. The other companies were going to put a transition strip in. These guys were craftsmen. As you can see from the one picture the cuts were perfect. The results were seamless. Very professional. A man who takes pride in his work. The crew was friendly and respectful. They cleaned up each day; actually leaving my condo breezeway cleaner than when they came. Communication was good. I worked construction as a building automation, engineer, tech, programmer, project management, juggling as many as eight projects at one time. I was told never to tell the customer I was busy if something got delayed. The customer doesn’t care how busy you are. The customer only cares about his job. I guess this is why I was sensitive to John saying that a couple of times at the front end of the job. Aside from this personal thing, and it sure wasn’t a deal killer, I give them my highest recommendation. You will not regret doing business with them.“

The CEO, Heyaw Yimer gave his personal attention to our project as also Gerard Nicodeme, the Project Manager.
