You’ve got to try this rare form of massage if you’re looking for real relief. I went in with a painful shoulder that was relieved after my first session with Wanda.Be prepared to experience a completely different type of massage than your typical Swedish or deep tissue. It’s kind of hard to explain her work, but it’s not your traditional type of massage. It’s more like a form of body work where she uses several different techniques to get your muscles to relax without grinding into the actual muscles. It is hard to put into words how much help and relief I have received from my treatments with Wanda. I sought her out after seeing a social media post advertising her services. I have been dealing with chronic (and I mean CHRONIC, debilitating, crippling) plantar fasciitis for over 6 years. I am 40 years old and a mom of two young boys, chronic pain does not fit into my schedule. I have seen multiple doctors, used all the splits & shoe inserts, done all the stretches, received all the shots and even had surgery on one of my feet in May of 2020. You name it, I've tried it. Wanda is a gem! I have had constant hip pain for the better part of 3 months while training for my 1st half marathon. I met with Wanda right before and after the half. Prior to my first appointment, we spoke on the phone to go over my concerns. I have never had any massage therapist do that. She listened very closely and when the time came for my first massage 2 days later, she got right to it. My muscles felt relaxed and ready for the race.I saw Wanda again the day after my race.
