Neil, owner of Mighty Dog assisted in all aspects ofmyroof replacement. This included filing a warranty claim, handling the submission of shingles, coordining the inspection by manufacturer,and auditing the payment for adequacy. MD then contnued to obtain all County and development approvals and install the complete replacement roof and arranged the County inspections. While installation complied with Owens Corning's requirements for their 50 year Warranty optional purchase option, being in Florida I elected not to purchase it. MD also included the cost of an Independent Completion inspection which provides certification for submission to my Insurance Company. The 5 star rating uder rates the the actual performance of MD.

Pariz Vedel is the best hairstylist I have ever had. Over the years, I have traveled extensively and had my hair cut by stylists across the country, yet she is the only one who consistently cuts it perfectly. What makes her truly exceptional is that my hair falls into place effortlessly after every shower and continues to look great for weeks as it grows out.

I absolutely love New Nails Bar! Tracy is hands down the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She is always so sweet, accommodating, and genuinely cares about her clients. No matter how busy she is, she’ll stay late when needed and never complains—she simply wants what’s best for the people she takes care of.
Every visit feels like catching up with family. Tracy goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy, and she does my nails perfectly every single time. Her attention to detail is amazing, and I always leave feeling beautiful and refreshed.

One recommendation ~ space between pedicure clients. There are enough chairs whereby unless people are there together, they should be sitting apart. Everything was perfect until I was suddenly sitting in between 2 people & there were about 8 other chairs to choose from. 😁

My boyfriend and I came to get pedicures. Brandy was working with my boyfriend. He’s has a lot of trauma to his feet from football and she did an amazing job making his toes look normal again. She was patient and kind and educated us on how to keep his feet looking fresh!

The most beautiful manicure by Than & impeccable pedicure by Ossa - they were both so incredibly attentive to detail & making sure to provide the utmost excellent service overall. Than went out of her way to help me match my manicure color exactly & was so incredibly kind. This will most definitely be my go to spot when visiting family in Jax! My hair has been easier to handle since she starting cutting it, and I always receive compliments about the style and color. She is also a pleasure to be around.

I recently hired Quality Flooring by Frank Milea, to fix a floor at our rental home, that was just over one years old. The original installer had not done a great job, and the floor was separating in many spots. Frank was very accommodating in finding the best time to meet both our renter and myself. He showed up early and walked the house with me, to see exactly what needed to be done. He was extremely friendly and professional and assured me that his team could fix it no problem. They were out a few days later and were able to get the floors back to perfect shape. He said if I had anymore issues, to just call them and they would be back out. I can already tell, they are more sound and I won’t be needing to call. Frank also went above and beyond to help me. I had left a transition piece at my home that was needed, to re-install. He offered to pick it up for me, so I didn’t have to drive back out to the rental. Quality Flooring by Frank Milea will continue to be who I use moving forward. Finding a reputable company now days with trustworthy employees, is hard to come by. Thanks Frank and your team, we truly appreciate you.

Nader’s office staff were very friendly and efficient and were able to send out Terrance quickly to handle our increasing roach issues. Kathy’s did a complete landscape project on all sides of the house. We were also in need of some paver repairs. Each side, of course, had different requirements for the plantings. They had a myriad of plants to choose from. Kathy and Logan were so knowledgeable about all of the plants and carefully designed a plan for all sides of my house.
My house is older, so the existing landscaping needed to be removed.
We were concerned about the existing outdoor lighting and sprinkler system and cable lines.
The entire process was seamless!

I've been going to Dr. Heinz on a regular basis for about 3 years as of this writing and I've largely avoided any outages which prevent me from doing the things I love: workouts, golf, pickleball, etc. Dr. Heinz is very knowledgeable about all sorts of pain and injuries and has an array of therapies he can use to provide relief. I highly recommend Dr. Heinz and will continue to see him every few weeks to keep me feeling my best.

I received a referral to Dr. David from a trusted friend. I had been seeing a different chiropractor on and off for the past 10 years. I’m a Special Ed teacher so my job is pretty physical and I find myself always massaging my neck. . My experience with Dr. David was quite different. First off he took X-rays. He spent a lot of time on my second visit going over my X-rays explaining what he was able to fix, what he could improve, and the “why,” of what I was feeling. I also have major discomfort with my TMJ. His adjustments were very different than what I had experienced before. After a few adjustments I see and feel such a difference. My jaw adjustment has given me such a sense of peace. I find I really look forward to my visit. As an added bonus I have been sleeping really well post adjustment. His office staff are super friendly, remember your name, and are very welcoming when you walk in the door. I highly recommend Dr. David’s practice.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Hirsch is truly fantastic and deserves recognition. He genuinely cares about pets and is exceptionally intelligent, highly experienced, and incredibly thoughtful in his approach.
I was referred to him by a neighbor during an extremely stressful time. My primary vet (who is a close friend) was working limited hours after having a baby, and after an emergency vet visit I was told my dog could have a serious zoonotic infection. I was overwhelmed and scared. Even though we were not his patients, Dr. Hirsch called me that same night, arranged for me to come in promptly, and coordinated an ultrasound.
He stayed in close contact with both me and my primary veterinarian, personally calling me with results and offering calm, rational, expert guidance throughout. His depth of knowledge and clinical judgment were evident at every step, and he was a steady, reassuring voice when I needed it most.
Dr. Hirsch is not only an exceptional veterinarian, but a genuinely wonderful human being. I recommend him without hesitation and am deeply grateful for his care, compassion, and expertise.
