I was so happily surprised! We were greeted by Chris coming in who did a quick little consultation for me. My son’s hair is very thin and not a lot of it so I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. Erick made my son feel so comfortable and was talking to him the whole time. I had no idea what to ask for but he talked me through it and asked me what I liked multiple times throughout the haircut. He did a fantastic job!! We even got a little 1st haircut certificate and lollipop. They made my son feel very special. Will 100% come back to see Erick next time.“

I ended up booking with Focus and he took the time to listen to my journey to find a good barber and he took into consideration what I wanted and what we could work with for my hair style. This has now been the only barber I will visit going on a few years now.
