Bob is the best. He arranged to get someone out promptly the next morning despite my late afternoon request. Will was terrific-arrived 20 minutes after Melanie called to set up the appointment! Will is a pro! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Helped me with multiple issues-always with a smile on his face! He even helped me bring the generator back into the garage!
I had the pleasure of meeting with Robert, the owner of R Thompson, and to have him complete an electrical upgrade for the installation of a new heat pump water heater. He was professional, neat, and exhibited true knowledge of the job at hand.
