Joe my Plummer was polite, on time, to fix a kitchen faucet.My experience was 5 star. My faucet parts were under warranty & were installed timely and worked great when he finished. I would hire Miranda Plumbing again, & would recommend them.
I heard a loud noise coming from my outside a/c unit and went to check it out. I notice the fan in the unit was not turning. I called Miranda A/C and they had a technician there in 20 minutes. After arriving Chris found the problem and had it fixed in about 30 minutes from the time he arrived. Chris was professional and polite. It pays to be a club member.
My incident happened on a weekend and considered an emergency call and Miranda sent a technician out quickty .OSCAR was great, he took his time checked the entire HVAC system to make sure everything was working properly and explained everything to me so i understood what the problem was and he quickly resolved my issue which turned out to be a bad Thermostat. OSCAR was very professioñal friendly I would recommend him to anyone. Great service. Great service great technician. I have always gotten great service with Miranda.
