My family has been long time customers of Miranda Plumbing & Air Conditioning. We are also members of their maintenance program, where our unit gets serviced periodically for a minor monthly fee. They are always punctual, accommodating with scheduling, and very responsive to communications. I would like to single out their serviceman, Eric, who arrived within 15 minutes of the two-hour window, was able to resolve the issue with our A/C unit quickly and economically.
I was out of town when my AC stopped working. Eric responded at the time I requested and my neighbor let him in. He quickly figured out the issue (clogged drain) and took care of it. My neighbor says he was very nice and respectful.
Joe my Plummer was polite, on time, to fix a kitchen faucet. My experience was 5 star. My faucet parts were under warranty & were installed timely and worked great when he finished. I would hire Miranda Plumbing again, & would recommend them.
