We are so thrilled with the porcelain tile we purchased for our lanai from Jay’s floors! From the start, Renee, who worked with us to select the perfect tile, to Scott who came to the house for measurements and advice and estimating; to Lisa who scheduled and went way out of her way to personally deliver the slightly delayed grout to our home so the job could be completed! The installers David and Gabby worked for perfection. Kudos to all I have personally mentioned and the other staff at Jay’s who all pitched in with guidance!

This is a place where the company really listens to the customer, analyzes the request and based on client needs and budget they will make proper recommendations and work with you. The quality experience of the sales team and installers are just what I needed. Fast and efficient.
