I have been going here for 25 yrs and trust them implicitly. Although my favorite dentist, Dr. Askland, whom I have seen for about 20 of those years has now left the practice I have been very happy with his replacement Dr. Molly. My last cleaning was with Melissa. I admit I dread every time I have to go to the dentist, but Melissa makes it easy and comfortable. I didn’t wince once.
I will comment based on the recent visits for tooth extraction, enhancement of my lower partial to accommodate removed teeth, and fitment of the enhanced lower partial. As always, the office staff were extremely friendly, professional, and customer oriented during all 3 visits. The fitting of the updated lower partial was done quickly, professionally, skillfully, and with real customer focus by an assistant who was different than the one in my first 2 visits for the procedure. The first 2 visits, I will only say, the experience was not what I had come to expect when Dr. A. was our primary Dr. over the past 14+ years. I will leave it at that.
Dr. Willoughby and her assistant Ali are the absolute best team I have ever had. Can you believe that I actually look forward to going to the Dentist?
