A previous owner had filled the grout lines of the main living areas with some kind of hard filler prior to putting down laminate wood flooring and my husband had to remove it by hand. Once that was done, DTR came in and cleaned, filled, colorized and sealed the grout. We have a new tile floor! Great office staff and work crew!
