I Love the way my house turned out! From the start to the finish all the staff members were professional, courteous, and easy to reach. They returned my calls and emails in a timely matter with answers to all of my questions, request and concerns. Thank you Groza Builders. I would highly recommend you to future home builders

Overall, Groza Builders did an excellent job building our retirement home. Throughout the build process Briana, Groza’s Building coordinator, did a phenomenal job communicating with us on milestones and any issues that inevitably arose during the build. She handled every situation with professionalism and replied to inquires within 24 hrs without fail.We had various issues at the end of the build, as we completed the home right before Thanksgiving. Some of the subcontractors had to be recalled out to the house a few times to fix cosmetic issues like trim and paint, but the team (Ronnie, Briana etc.) at Groza ensured that every warranty issue brought up, no matter how...read full review
