This was our first time building a home, we had so many questions and Groza was there for all of it, they always went above and beyond to ensure our peace through out the entire process. On top of that they built us an absolutely beautiful home, we couldn’t be happier.
5 starts isn’t enough! We couldn’t be happier with our new home, all thanks to GBI! For several years we did our homework and explored all options but they hit it out of the park! Dayan started us out, answering all our questions/concerns and multiple visits to their gorgeous model home. She was patient, kind and understanding. Once we took that step to start Brianna was there for all our needs. She was very thorough, VERY VERY patient and addressed all our concerns as well throughout the entire process! Groza Builders Incorporated, (GBI), is an amazing company within our community. The owner of the company, Tony Groza, is really one of the most upfront and honest people I have ever met in construction/remodeling.
Groza pilots a company that I have found out through the years that has been on the Treasure Coast for many decades.
He also deploys a restoration/remodeling part of the company that is headed up by Amanda Baxter; a very competent individual, with an attention to detail.
GBI just completed another remodelling project for me and I couldn't be happier with all of the sub-contractors utilized by Amanda and GBI.
