“I went to Bella Rouge for the first time. My hairdresser was Jennie and she was phenomenal. I was having such a bad hair life , and it took her 5 hours to fix me with color and cut. And she did exactly what I asked her to do. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that this woman is amazing. I highly recommend her and the entire staff. Everyone was wonderful. I will never go anywhere else. As long as I live in Florida.
