Karen in the office & Victor in the field are very good.Excel maintains my 2023 Briggs & Stratton generator that had error codes & stopped exercising. As with other reviews, the visit began by Victor charging a diagnosis fee. He discovered the errors were from a bad part that B&S had recalled and was fully covered for parts & service. Victor reversed my fee before he finished fixing it. B&S paid for it. Victor fixed the problem in 1 visit. Same-day service was terrific.“
