I've had the same hair colorist for many years, however unfortunately she's fighting cancer so I needed to find a new color professional. I tried someone else at her same salon, but I did not have a good experience. I then went to Ulta, mainly for their hours of operation due to my tight schedule. I tried the Titusville location first and my hair color did not turn out well at all. I then tried the Merritt Island location and finally found Alana.
Alana was extremely thorough in her consultation with me, as I have fine, thin and damaged hair. My goal hair color is a light strawberry blonde, but I have naturally dark (and white ..) hair so my coloring is not an easy task. Alana's main priority was always the health of my hair. We first tried a safer blonding service that didn't lift my hair light enough, and my toner formula needed to be tweaked, but I decided to come back to Alana because I really liked her vibe, and she was getting familiar with my hair. A few weeks later we did a bleach and a toner. This time my color was pretty, but I had areas of stubborn dark hair that the bleach did not take to. I confess initially I was unhappy with the outcome, but Alana offered to fix it on her own time. I came in the following day and Alana was extremely gracious, and very eager to make things right. I admit, I felt awkward having to go back but she made me feel right at ease. She listened to my concerns and did everything in her power to make me happy. She meticulously, but very carefully re-bleached the areas of concern, then toned me back to a beautiful strawberry blonde! This is the first time in months that I've been happy with the outcome of my hair color since I lost my previous colorist!! Every concern I had she addressed, and I couldn't be happier with her work!
Alana takes her profession very seriously and also the care of her customers very seriously. I know my hair is not an easy case so I appreciate and respect her willingness to try until she has perfected my process, all the while keeping the safety of my hair in mind.
She also gave a lot of advice to help try to restore the health of my hair on my own in between visits.

All her services have been 5 stars. She also has Frank that offers to purchase and/or clean Jewelry. He has cleaned my wedding ring and fixed a broken link in my gold necklace. Reasonable rates and professional services. A great place to visit.
Studio Platinum is a cute little place with just three stylists. It's by appointment only but appointments are easy enough to make online. I've been going to see Jenna for a couple of years now and she does a fantastic job with both my cuts and color. I'm one that likes to change things up every once in a while and she always rises to the occasion! Everyone is super friendly as well.

I cannot begin to describe how absolutely satisfied I was leaving this salon! What a nice group of women. I saw Jessica for a haircut and she was extremely patient looking at all my inspiration photos, and listening to exactly what I wanted. Communication was easy, booking was quick and pricing was more than reasonable. I will absolutely be back again.
I used multiple services, acrilic refill, pedicure and haircut, i must say they are all very talented, friendly and welcoming. I really like their customer service, Laura, Ella, the lady who made my hair, and the one who did my pedicure are all amazing. One of the best place to go if you want to pamper yourself. Curtis is the baber you want cutting your hair, he has consistently cut my hair the same way and in a way that other barbers haven't. I try and go every two weeks but with the holidays it has been a month and it needs a cut but I would rather wait on Curtis than get it hacked on by others here on the Island.

I use to love this place. Yet they have practice like other nail places. Quote you one thing and do another. You can tell them no gel. Or you can say the same for whoever with you. They will take the opportunity to deceive you. I always get pedicures. That time I got my nails done. What they charged me was ridiculous. That younger girl do nails like she’s inexperienced. I only like the man to do my nails and toes. For this foolishness I am still in search for a shop. I miss the Russian nail techs.

Caleb did a great job cleaning out the carpet and couches. Picked up way more dirt than I was expecting which is a good thing to know that you get 100% quality from these folks. Also, if you have pet odors they are effective in cleaning that as well. I definitely recommend them again the next time I need a carpet clean.

Harvey is also so kind when he comes by. My cat and dog LOVES Harvey. He always says hello to them. Kelsey is very quick to reply when I message the office and always so pleasant. A great team!

A tree was removed from an ongoing project next to my house and the street was left a mess by a different part of the tree removal, I arrived home later and met Kevin the owner of this business, he had returned to house to clean street and explained to me what had gone on. I highly would recommend this man and his company based on his actions to rectify a situation that was beyond his employees responsibility. Great business man to undertake such a task !!

Dr. Eduardo and his staff are WONDERFUL. I have three problem teeth and he is taking care of all of them. Nancy, the tech, is also great and the front office staff (I'm so sorry, I promise to get your name next time!) The office is 50 minutes away from my house, but it's worth the trip!
Dr. Grimm is the best!
I came to the Chiropractic Health Clinic because I had a problem where I would experience numbness in my arm depending on how I turned my neck. I wanted to see if Dr. Grimm could help me with my situation.
Dr. Grimm took X-Rays and identified several subluxations that i had and he felt that he could definitely help me.
I just want to say that the whole experience has been a positive one. Dr. Grimm was able to help correct issues in my neck and gave me several exercises to do at home. I now have no symptoms of numbness in my arm and feel great.
Dr. Grimm was very flexible about appointments and if I had to make a change, it was never an issue.
It was a pleasure going to see Dr. Grimm. He truly is not only a very skilled Chiropractor, he is also a very nice person that I am happy that I have gotten to know.
Dr Patel was a very carrying physician, one that I have not had for over 15 years. He was able to adjust me the first time.
Using the activator and muscle strength he was able to release everything that was unable to function.
Rebecca, the front receptionist, was very helpful to new patients. She was very patient in all that took place.
This office runs by the true care for the patient's well being.

Front desk Jackie was a HUGE blessing fitting us in the schedule. Vet tech Tony was very gentle and patient with my dog. Dr. Hank Collins was beyond wonderful, never had a vet with such a kind rapport with my dog. He took a lot of time explaining Charlie's condition. Highly recommend this animal hospital!!
We took our Goldendoodle to Haute for the first time, and we were dogon pleased. Not only did Lucy look wonderful, but she had a fun experience with the staff. A dog and people friendly dog groomer. Lucy wants to go back again. Lucy loves everyone here.
They were wonderful. I have two senior dogs and it was their first time to any groomer in awhile. They were caring and sensitive. I'm also very happy with the grooming job done. I can sincerely recommend Classy Cuts!
The Art of Massage is a fantastic local business. I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle today for a 90-Minute massage and it was a great experience.
He is very thoughtful and makes sure the session is exactly what you need and asked for. He asks questions if he needs to during the massage, however the overall experience is a very relaxing. I was able to fully relax and I could focus on breathing and letting that tension go. I booked a therapeutic massage, which included stretching and those hard-to-massage joints and muscles.
I have been to Art of Massage several times, and it has been nothing short of exceptional service and staff every time.

This is a no nonsense massage location...simple and clean. My masseuse was Cici and she was awesome...be sure you tell her what strength, I prefer strong and she was/is strong. Cici also had a great feel and found spots to release.
