We naught a brand new house that Grant built. It was absolutely gorgeous, & all the amenities. In '04, after the hurricane, we only lost a little soffit, Grant sent a guy out to fix it immediately, we had trouble with the upstairs a/c, we couldn't change the filter. Turns out the a/c company installed it backwards, again he ha it fixed immediately. I don't know many contractors that stand behind their work after the paperwork is signed. He was great to deal with, I would recommend him to anyone!
