Absolutely wonderful Staff!! I have 3 chihuahuas and I'm so happy with the way take their time and make sure the doggies are in great health. Not rushed and answers all my questions. Love this establishment.

Five stars for Dr & vet tech - but front desk staff is always short and rude. If you can make it passed that the rest is worth it. Dr & vet staff always take their time with me, and answer all my questions and give fantastic suggestions.

The Entire Staff at Collins Animal Hospital are caring, kind and compassionate. We had taken our 4 cats there through the years and they always got the best treatment and service. Dr Bongers is a great Vet who loves all animals and it shows. He also doesn't talk over your head, but explains things in a way you can understand, which helps you feel at ease. All of his assistants through the years follow that same lead and treat you like family. Jacque at the front desk has always been compassionate and helpful.
