Space coast construction has been a true blessing on our journey to building a new custom home. Being the first time building a new home we were initially overwhelmed, but SCC help us feel confident and prepared through every step of the process. Carl helped with each step, guided us through the decision making process, and helped manage our expectations. He worked hard to find fair prices and several estimates before each stage of construction. Carl and Nicola both were very generous with their time, very professional, and always on top of things. They answered every call and Carl was on site almost everyday. We can’t even imagine everything else they worked on behind the scene, but I know we were very fortunate to find them.
