After 28 years of faithful service, my Miele vacuum finally broke and could not be fixed. I have always relied on Richard's Vacuum for bags and filters, but this time I needed to invest in a new vacuum. Fortunately, Brett not only informed me about the latest Miele models, but he was also incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the process. Recently purchased a new Riccar SuoraLite premium vacuum at this store - the best vacuum in the world. This is my third time purchasing this type of vacuum. The owner was super friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed very honest. The price was better than anything I found online and because I traded in my old vacuum he gave me a discount. Happy customer!

Richards replaced our central vacuum unit, all the wall outlets, and accessories. Brett was knowledgeable and professional in every respect. He answered all my questions (I had a lot), was here as soon as our schedule permitted, was on time, and did the whole job quickly and correctly. He took the time to explain, and demonstrate, how everything worked. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and I highly recommend him and Richards Vacuum.
