I have multiple issues with my spine. Some days I have a hard time walking, other days I can barely get out of bed. Honestly, I was very nervous about getting a massage because I had never had one before. Kathy was very professional & made me feel so comfortable. The experience exceeded my expectations & really surprised me at how much pain relief I got from it! She explained how many muscles can contribute to back pain, not just the back muscles themselves. I left feeling refreshed, renewed & pain free! I was even able to spend a few hours shopping afterwards, which I haven't been able to do in over a year!! Thank you so much for helping me! I will definitely be back!

Cathy was amazing. She made me comfortable and is talented at what she does. I had been having back pain for the last year and with one session it’s gone & hasn’t come back. Definitely will be making another appointment soon.

FINALLY! A massage therapist that knows how to treat problem muscles. Took me 2 years to find Kathy...thanks to a post on the M Island community Group!!!After my first visit already feel tremendous relief from shoulder and neck pain.Looking forward to improving my well being!!
