My husband and I made what we thought was a temporary move from South Florida in March 2020 to work and live in our 1960’s Cocoa Beach vacation home during the first wave of Covid. But, as our circumstances changed and retirement became a possibility, we decided to explore our options of turning our outdated vacation home into our forever home.As we lived in the area more, we noticed that a particular builder’s homes really caught our interest. Our home was built by Tradewind Builders in The Great Outdoors in 2006 under the then owner Mac...who passed away a number of years ago. John Sinatra was in charge of the build and was excellent... always responsive.So glad they are still doing well.It was a wonderful experience.Thanks, JohnVal and Jim wish you well.

John Sinatra of Trade Wind Builders did an amazing job rebuilding our house after the hurricane. Their blueprint man Randy built just what I asked for, and offered good suggestions for things I didn’t think of. The crews they have were professional and demonstrated fine craftsmanship. They were on site almost every single day and finished this huge project on time. John paid attention to detail and really made our dreams come true! John was a blessing!
