Reviews
Every team member that’s come out for various issues I’ve encountered over the years has been extremely friendly, personable, professional and skilled at what they do. I recommend Roper to anyone with any plumbing need, big or small.
I’ve known Brock for a couple of years now and have worked with his company on several different occasions for a variety of jobs—ranging from small repairs to more involved projects. Each time, I’ve been thoroughly impressed not just by the quality of their work, but by their professionalism, transparency, and genuine integrity.
From the very first interaction, Brock has been straightforward and honest. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, what’s needed, and why—without any pressure or hidden agendas. That honesty extends throughout his entire team. Everyone I’ve met from the company has been kind, respectful, and easy to work with. They’re punctual, communicative, and consistently deliver on their word.
What really stands out is how they approach customer service. They treat you like more than just another job—there’s a sense of pride in their work and real care for their clients. Even when unexpected issues have come up, they’ve always kept me informed and found the best solution without cutting corners or inflating the cost.
It’s rare to find a company that you can recommend with complete confidence, but I can say without hesitation that I trust Brock and his team 100%. I recommend them to friends and family all the time, and I’ll continue to do so. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and integrity they bring to every job.
I love my Roper guys—thank you for always being dependable and doing things the right way!
