During the job, the team uncovered a significant issue with my chimney. They had the skills on-site to handle it immediately—opening the roof, rebuilding the chimney, and repairing the stucco—all at a very fair additional cost.

As a bonus, when I first contacted JMak for quote, I mentioned that I needed some additional work beyond the roof. Tom was a pleasure to work with and made sure he helped support me with my contractor search.
