My technicians name was Neil and I had a great experience. He was a very efficient repair person and he did his job very well. He finished the job within 30 minutes and kept everything clean and tidy and cleaned up after himself. He arrived on time and did not keep me waiting. If I needed to have a repair again I would definitely want to have Neil as my technician.

Very professional and timely..Martin was great. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. The repair was too costly for me but the technician did a great job explaining what was wrong and some options to fix. I believe we are just going to buy a new washer. Thanks

The service tech did a fine job, but there was a disconnect between the repairman and the dispatching office. The problem was clearly described when placing the service call and, given the age of the unit and the description of the problem, the information should have been relayed to the repairman so he could have arrived with the part to make the repair. Given the time to acquire the part and schedule the follow-up visit, we just decided to buy a new unit (different brand). It’s too bad, because if he had the part, I would have paid for the repair despite the high cost relative to the price of a new machine.
