“We hired Cabinets Plus & Design for a major kitchen renovation, moving walls, pulling up old tile floor and starting with a clean slate. We had a rough design of what we wanted, and Ashley worked with us using what we specified as a starting point, then offering several good suggestions to optimize the space and/or to keep costs in line. She spent lots of time with my wife and I on the painstaking choices of cabinet finishes, counter material, tile selection, and other details and always pointing out the little gotcha’s that we would have otherwise overlooked. Roger came to the house to scope out the demolition/construction, and then followed up with on-site visits as the work progressed, always making sure that work was done to our liking, crews were cleaning up at the end of the work days, etc. Stephanie was always staying in touch with us on scheduling to make sure work was progressing as it should. Every crew that came in was friendly and very professional, and all had been working with Roger for many years which says a lot about a company. From our first visit, we were confident that they would meet our expectations on the job and on budget. “My husband and I made what we thought was a temporary move from South Florida in March 2020 to work and live in our 1960’s Cocoa Beach vacation home during the first wave of Covid. “We naught a brand new house that Grant built. It was absolutely gorgeous, & all the amenities. In '04, after the hurricane, we only lost a little soffit, Grant sent a guy out to fix it immediately, we had trouble with the upstairs a/c, we couldn't change the filter. Turns out the a/c company installed it backwards, again he ha it fixed immediately. I don't know many contractors that stand behind their work after the paperwork is signed. He was great to deal with, I would recommend him to anyone!“
