We’ve been using this company for over 2 years now, ever since we bought our new house, and they never disappoint. Today, our technician Leonid Napoles Duorte came out, and he was absolutely fantastic. He arrived right on time, was incredibly courteous, and got straight to work.
He quickly diagnosed the main issue—a broken condenser motor—and got it fixed reliably and fast. But what I appreciated most was how thorough he was with everything else. He noticed a bad odor and identified that the system needed sanitation. We actually already suspected this, so it was awesome that he was able to pinpoint exactly what it was and put it into words for us.
Leonid also went above and beyond by catching a bad trap design from our builder. He drew up a quick sketch to show us exactly why it was causing issues and gave us solid recommendations on how the builder needs to fix it. He even showed us before-and-after pictures of his work so we knew exactly what was going on.
If you want an HVAC company that is prompt, honest, and truly knows their stuff, I highly recommend Mario's—and definitely ask for Leonid if you can!“

It must have been new because we did not smell it yet. He said in 1 week our whole house would have stunk. He removed it, cleaned the area, and sanitized it. We were lucky.
