Eddie came to my home and was very easy going. Not pushy and very honest. Eddie got Thomas on the phone and they both answered all my questions and explained current rebates and the financing options. The very next day they had two gentleman at my home at 9am to install my new air conditioner. I had A/C by 3pm. The following day the same two gentleman came in and installed my new duct work. We’ve been using this company for over 2 years now, ever since we bought our new house, and they never disappoint. Today, our technician Leonid Napoles Duorte came out, and he was absolutely fantastic. He arrived right on time, was incredibly courteous, and got straight to work.
He quickly diagnosed the main issue—a broken condenser motor—and got it fixed reliably and fast. But what I appreciated most was how thorough he was with everything else.
