I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Mauro and his staff. James was the lead on my 4 zone A/C heat pump replacement and the attention to detail was fantastic. James took the time to photograph the difficult damper replacements and walk me through the pictures demonstrating the quality of work. James took the time to make certain I understood what they did and was satisfied with the work. Mauro's team used shoe covers while walking on the hardwood floors until protective drop clothes were placed on the floor. Mauro's responded quickly and effectively to get our system repaired when it went down over a holiday weekend. We had guests from out of state and Mauro's pulled out all stops to locate a replacement part and install it quickly.
