I had an excellent experience with Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Herman Chavez was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and arrived on time. He carefully explained the issue, answered all my questions, and completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail. His outstanding service and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Herman Chavez and Bayonet to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. Five stars!
I had Bayonet come out and look at a leak that I thought was my water heater. Turned out to be a pressure relief valve outside. Our technician, Irvin, was punctual (actually got here early), professional and a pleasure to deal with. We've dealt with Bayonet for years and recommend for any of your AC and plumbing needs.
Our technician (Gary) kept us informed as to his whereabouts prior to his time of arrival. After he arrived, he was meticulous in his maintenance work and cleaned up afterwards. It was great to see his pride of workmanship which is so sorely lacking these days.
