John was great. He was polite, respectful and professional. I really appreciated that he came prepared and brought his own shoe covers! That was very thoughtful. He went straight to work, figured out the problem, found a solution, fixed it and explained it all. Thank you John!

Humberto was our tech who had to disconnect and then come back and reconnect our dishwasher so some cabinetry work could be repaired. He was so nice and very professional. It was important to him that the dishwasher be placed out of the way to allow for the repair. He didn't want to inconvenience anyone. I appreciated his consideration.
