“I had a dead rodent in my intake duct work, and called Laser, the next morning David showed up, I explained the situation, and he went right to work to locate and removed the rodent. He also repaired a piece of the duct work that was damage by the animal. David was very courteous, and very thorough with explaining what was happening with the repair.
