We love the company there on time they are very honest the employees who installed our new system were very explanatory Did a great job we had other in the past they were horrible cool air med is a very good company they are the only company that explains everything they are doing my house is finally cool the two installers work steady explain everything wile they were working ps glad they changed the system because they showed me it could of cough on fire because one of the springs on the emergency heat was broken I highly recommend them thank you cool air MD
We had an Emergency just before 12 noon today, for our AC shut down and they usually are closed by 12 noon on Sundays. Darin was so kind as to go out of his way to stop by and take care of our issue, which was a clogged line and had our AC back up and running in minutes. We have a yearly Maintenance plan scheduled for twice a year, which we Highly recommend for anyone to take advantage of as well. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!
