Matthew climbed into a very small space to complete his work, recommended a bulb replace, with explanation as to why this was important, and swept the floor after completing his work. “I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Mauro and his staff. James was the lead on my 4 zone A/C heat pump replacement and the attention to detail was fantastic. James took the time to photograph the difficult damper replacements and walk me through the pictures demonstrating the quality of work. James took the time to make certain I understood what they did and was satisfied with the work. Mauro's team used shoe covers while walking on the hardwood floors until protective drop clothes were placed on the floor. Mauro's team maintained an orderly work site and cleaned up the area better than I normally do. A happy workforce is a sign of a well run company and Mauro's team is proof of that. I was impressed with how James lead the team......James and Andy (zone controller install) are top talent professional folks and work as a cohesive unit with Mauro.
