“I was without freon, so I was without air conditioning - in late July in Florida! But my unit was old and parts of it were irrevocably broken, so I needed a whole new unit. ICEBERG provided me with a portable AC unit until the crew could get to me. On the day of installation, the installers, Kaz and Adam, worked all day in this miserable July Florida heat and humidity to install a new HVAC System at my home. They were very careful to cover the floors so as not to damage anything. They swept up all debris and hauled away the old unit. I couldn't be more pleased.“

“After being let down by another AC company last summer, who was going to make us wait 4 days with no air conditioning (AFTER they had just been to our house and failed to repair the problem in the first place) we called Farrell AC and they came out THAT DAY and several days after until the issue was repaired.

Recently our electric went out and when it came back on the AC was not working. We called Farrell again and they came right out. When they saw the issue had to do with the power company and not our air conditioner, they told us who to contact and didn't charge us for their time.

“We had AirPrompt out to work on our mini split system. Even though they didn't do the original install, they were able to diagnose the problem. They ordered parts and came back to fix it. Then another problem. Another part later, they were back out and it was no small job. The system was only a year old so its frustrating that it keeps failing. We really enjoy our service tech, Dave. He is awesome! He really takes things apart and makes sure everything is working properly. We definitely recommend this company!“
