After panicking over no electricity I called and spoke to Donna she was very polite. She sent out Richard within 30mins. He knew exactly what I needed and went out of his way to find a main breaker that isn't made anymore but he did it! He fixed it and left. Within 20mins that breaker blew. I was scared and in fear of it catching fire. Donna sent Richard right back to my house. He took the time to do everything possible to fix it but the breaker was bad so it was looking bad for me. After about 10 mins it looked like I might need a new breaker panel, needless to say I started to get upset.
