Excellent company and great employees who go the extra step. Andrew and Julio did an awesome job replacing my 4 ton system, built a pad, found and fixed numerous existing problems, cleaned up and couldn't have been friendlier. Took care of me short notice on a holiday weekend, very much appreciated!
This week we had the good fortune to connect with AC Yeti. After 20 years, our prior AC company closed and we found ourselves looking for another. The first company we called told us we need to replace both the inside and outside unit at a cost of $6,576. Thankfully, we were also recommended to AC Yeti. We are impressed with their extraordinary customer service, professionalism, integrity and knowledge. Andrew the service technician checked our AC and let us know we did not need to replace our current unit. Frankie, the owner, Madison in the office, and Andrew, each clearly know their business and how to speak with people. We have found our new AC company.
Wish I had known they installed AC. We had to replace old circuit breaker after we installed a new AC ( both issues not related) GALAXY ELECTRICAL (same family as AC Yeti) came immediately and fixed the breaker problem pronto and THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!! Would have hired them to install new AC if I had known about them. The whole team is KNOWLEDGEABLE CAPABLE AND SO NICE. Thank you Frankie, Hunter, Journey and Maddie❤️
