Today, we had Miles and Christian from Millian-Aire come out and clean our HVAC ducts and seal them using Aeroseal from the inside out... It is a pretty neat procedure... Our ducts previous to the Aeroseal had an efficiency of 75%. After the Aeroseal was done the efficiency increased to about 98%... We will see; but I believe this will be about 10-15% increase in savings on our electric bill... That is a financial savings to me andI like that... Both Miles and Christian are very knowledgeable on this product, very conscientious and careful in application and cleanup afterwards... The service technicians from Millian Aire are prompt, professional, and great communicators. We've had Walter come out twice for semi-annual maintenance, and he's great!I highly recommend Millian-Aire.
