They were here within an hour and diagnosed the problem. I ended up replacing the whole condenser and they were able to find one that matched my system with ease. They have come out to fix and service our dryer several times (i am guilty of not emptying out the lint after every wash). And Esteban always comes and patiently gets my dryer back in tip top shape. He has removed a raccoon size of lint from my dryer and vents. Very impressed with the work.“
