My husband & I have had Air On Demand for 30 yrs. As usual...when we need them...they respond quickly and efficiently. On Sunday night A/C kicked out ..called service # and was walked thru steps to get it started...even if it was temporarily ..till technician could come the next morning. Jole Jung arrived and I was so pleased with him. Courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable. Didn't just take care of the problem...he explained the problem ..why it happens and what to do if there is a next time. Made a phone call to Air on Demand. It was around 1pm. I was told the technician will be to my home between 1pm and 5pm. I don’t even think it was 1:30pm and Technician Jace Lovelace was knocking on my door to service my unit. He went a step further and offered to assist with setting up my phone with the App so l can work the central air unit from my phone. Not only that, he noticed l wasn’t changing out my filter😬 and went to his truck and replaced the screws to the filter lid with magnets to make what is already an easy thing to do, even more easier for me🤗! He’s the best!!! Thanks for your service JACE!!!!
