The service was fast and courteous.It was pricey.My biggest issue is that one of the plastic covers on the unit fell off inside the unit while he was working. I did inquire about it. His solution was to put tape over the whole left from the plastic piece falling off!Lazy? Lack of work ethic? Brand directive are not focused on thoroughness? Not sure, but not what I expected especially since I asked about it before he left. I believe that As a brand representative he should have taken care of it. I expected more professionalism and pride in work
