We had some issues again this morning, and they immediately answered the call, sending the team right back. The service rep who handled the internal fix was phenomenal—he worked with a smile, resolved everything with care, and stayed for a few hours to ensure it was perfect. Despite the time, he kept a great attitude, and they didn’t overcharge at all. I’m truly happy with their service!“

“On time and professional, the job was done great. The Cuban guy didn’t speak English, but we managed to communicate using a translation app.

It was a bit strange when I was told they would install four new GFCI outlets and upgrade one, but then told me I didn’t need it. I didn’t understand when I came to see Inspection, so I asked for the upgrade because the water was nearby. After going back and forth, they agreed to do the job now. It’s just a matter of waiting and seeing if FPL will turn off the power after Christmas so they can replace the outside panel and finish the job.

I’m happy with the job and the communication. They should be working on the outside panels by the end of December, and I’ll update you with more photos.“
