I had an excellent experience with Southern Comfort Air Conditioning and Builders! Their service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was incredibly sweet, professional, and responsive. When we experienced compressor issues in the middle of the summer, they responded immediately and got everything fixed quickly. It was such a relief to have a company you can count on, especially when your AC goes out during the Florida heat! I truly appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to great customer service. I find South Comfort to be reliable , dependable, , professional .They provide very excellent customer service both at front office and in the field . Their technicians , Luis and Jose are very knowledgeable and communicate the pros and cons of their suggestions .I recommend Southern Comfort for all your AC repairs and installations .

I called on Thursday and spoke with Jennifer, who scheduled a technician for the very next day. Luis Olivera Sr. arrived on time, was professional and personable, and quickly diagnosed why our air conditioner wasn’t cooling. It turned out the system was low on refrigerant. He added what was needed, and the house cooled down within minutes.

I appreciated that he was straightforward and never pushy. He explained that due to the age of our system, both the compressor and air handler will eventually need to be replaced because they’re no longer efficient and are increasing our energy costs. He also recommended a 4‑ton system when we’re ready to upgrade.
